Sherry Butt – 58.2%
Supposedly a Glenmorangie with a dash of Glen Moray
My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Mahogany
Nose: Raisins, ripe berries, caramel, dusty cupboard.
Palate: Quite dry, raisins, cherries, candied orange.
Finish: Long, dry and fruity.
Overall: A very rich first fill sherry malt that gives the impression of being older than ten. Very delightful at a very reasonable price.
Rating: 84/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
