My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale straw
Nose: Very maritime, a windy sea shore with a small helping of vanilla and lemon.
Palate: Noticeable peat, mixed fruit cocktail, vanilla, slightly spicy.
Finish: Long, fruity and maritime.
Overall: The youthful freshness is quite prominent, but at only five years this malt already has an amazing balance and complexity.
