Cask 10/142 – 53.6%
My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Teak
Nose: Dried figs, toffee, cloves, tobacco.
Palate: Sweet and spicy, raisins, figs, black currant, cloves, nutmeg, pepper.
Finish: Long, dry and spicy.
Overall: This batch is not as fruity as others I have tasted. The emphasis is more on the dry spicyness that makes it a very complex and enjoyable dram. There certainly is a good amount of older whisky in there.
