My Tasting Notes:
Color: Dark amber
Nose: Raisins, cherries, a hint of apples, old oak and polished leather.
Palate: Tea, cherries, dark chocolate and a slight herbal note .
Finish: Long, dry and spicy.
Overall: This malt has got that “old-fashioned” taste you associate with sitting in a heavy leather chair in front of a warm fireplace. Very nice.
