Peated Irish single malt from Cooley – 58.5%
My Tasting Notes:
Color: Very very pale
Nose: Smoke, oranges, limes, a bit of porridge and just a trace of black forest ham.
Palate: Peat, malt, nuts, lime, fudge, gentle spices.
Finish: Long, dry peaty fruit.
Overall: This cask strength malt is quite similar to the regular Connemara, but it is much more intensely flavoured. With its very complex aromas it is a dram to be enjoyed drop by drop.
Score: 86/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$

This one is an odd one for me but I did like it (and sip on it from time to time). Glad you liked it Oli!
