My Tasting Notes:
Color: Dark amber
Nose: Very intense, cinnamon, cherry, apple, vanilla
Palate: Vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, cherry, and many more.
Finish: Long and dry
Overall: This rye has an extraordinary nose, on the palate it seems bit shy at first but soon develops an amazing complexity. A quite sophisticated whiskey that should be enjoyed neat to show all of its qualities, although it will certainly make a great Manhattan as well.
