My Tasting Notes:
Color: Bright gold
Nose: Many different fruits, notably orange and apricot, honey, mild spices
Palate: Honey and all the fruits are there, but also ginger, slight herbal notes and some caramel.
Finish: Long and fruity
Overall: An excellent malt with a luscious mouthfeel, very complex but still gentle on the palate. If you like fruity malts and don’t care about the ultra premium price of €300 (or even more depending on your source), you should buy a bottle.
