My Tasting Notes:
Color: Dark amber
Nose: Raisins, caramel, vanilla, exotic spices.
Palate: Raisins, toffee, caramel, cocoa, nutmeg, a hint of pepper
Finish: Long and slightly spicy
Overall: A great blend. It is perfectly drinkable and still rather smooth at 50%, but won’t take harm with a litle water added . Well-balanced and complex, but don’t look for peat here.
