A micro-distillery with 120 litre alembic pot stills 59.6%
My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Clear
Nose: Fresh pear eau de vie
Palate: More pears but now joined by raspberries.
Finish: Medium long and guess what: fruity.
Overall: It’s hard to believe that this spirit was distilled purely from barley. A very clean fruitiness with almost no “off” notes. Still about as far from whisky as you can get but quite enjoyable nevertheless.
Score: 65/100 – No price/value information as this is not publically available
