Distilled 12 days after opening of the new distillery – 73.2%
My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Clear
Nose: A mix of raspberries and porridge
Palate: Raspberries and porridge again, but also some more unpleasant farmyard aromas.
Finish: Very long and “farmy”, a hint of cheese right at the end.
Overall: Of course it’s difficult to extrapolate from the newmake, but the spirit certainly tastes interesting and has the potential to become a complex whisky.
Score: 55/100 – No price/value information as this is not publically available
