My Tasting Notes:
Nose: Vanilla, citrus fruit, cloves, slightly maritime and a bit herbal
Palate: Herbal attack giving way to vanilla, caramel and nuts, slightly spicy
Finish: Medium long, vanilla
Overall: A bit too “plain” for my taste. I can’t stop thinking that there is something missing in this whisky.
Score: 73/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$

i once had a nip of this during a tasting 4 yrs ago. the only impression i can remeber for sure after that time is the taste of the scapa: salt in gasoline. terrible
