My Tasting Notes:
Nose: Sultanas, cocoa, honey, a hint of orange
Palate: Nuts, sultanas, honey, nutmeg, a minimal herbal touch,
Finish: Long, honey, caramel
Overall: I don’t know if it’s an old bottle effect or if if tasted like that from the start, but this is an amazing quality for a 10yo. Perfectly balanced and very complex.
