Mortlach 1991/2008 C&S Dram Collection

by Oliver Klimek on October 15, 2009

Sherry Butt  4232 – 58%

My Tasting Note

Nose: Toffee, cherries, just whiff of smoke
Palate: Meaty, rather sweet, candied oranges, weak pepper and chili
Finish: long, fruity and minimally smoky
Overall: This is a typical Mortlach. If you like the “oxtail soup” style, then this one is a must.

Score: 91/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
